How Credits Work

Every AI operation in PixoKit costs credits. Different features use different amounts depending on the complexity of the AI processing involved.

Credit Costs

Background Removal	3 credits	Transparent PNG cutout of your product
Virtual Try-On	5 credits	AI model wearing your clothing product
Color Variant	3 credits	Recolored version of your product

How You Get Credits

• Free on install — every new store gets 5 free credits
• Subscription plans — monthly credits included with your plan
• Annual plans — save 2 months of cost per year

Credit Behavior

• Deducted immediately when you click Generate, not when the image completes
• Refunded automatically if an image generation fails
• Reset monthly — unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
• Visible everywhere — your balance shows on the dashboard and in the app header

Checking Your Balance

Your credit balance is displayed:

• On the Dashboard as a prominent number
• In the generation panel before you click Generate
• In the Plans & Pricing page alongside your current plan

Running Low?

If your credits are low (5 or fewer), you'll see a warning banner on the dashboard. You can upgrade your plan anytime from Plans & Pricing in the app.
