Credits Not Updating
If your credit balance doesn't look right after a generation or plan change, try these steps.
After a Generation
Credits are deducted immediately when you click Generate. If you don't see the change:
- Refresh the page — the credit display may need a page reload to update
- Check the dashboard — the most reliable place to see your current balance
- Wait a moment — there can be a short delay of a few seconds
After a Failed Generation
If a generation failed, your credits should be automatically refunded. If they weren't:
- Check the gallery to confirm the job status shows "Failed"
- Refresh the dashboard to see the updated balance
- If credits still aren't restored after 5 minutes, contact support with the job ID
After Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade:
- New credits are added immediately
- Your old remaining credits are still available
- The dashboard should reflect the new total
If the balance doesn't update after upgrading, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
After Monthly Reset
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Your balance returns to the plan amount (100, 300, or 750 depending on your plan).
